Returns
Thank you for shopping with us. If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, without any physical damage, and in its original packaging without any missing contents. A valid order number, receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once the return is processed, we'll send you a return shipping address and further instructions - including a Return Authorization number. Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Your Return Authorization number must be written clearly on the box, or it will not be accepted by the receiving department. You are responsible for the shipping cost to our location. We will pay for shipping when sending the replacement. We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen during transit/delivery.
There are no returns for customized products. If the product is defective on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it for an exchange with the exact same product.
Discounted items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damages and Issues
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective or different item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
All Skreed products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that any physical damages incurred during this period will void the warranty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
